About: Armadale Hospital / Intensive Care Unit Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I went to RPH ED in not a good mental health space and was treated with the upmost respect. From what i remember which is not a lot the nurses, drs and everyone acted admirably. It was quite weird going into one hospital and waking up in another hospital. Also thanks to Armadale ICU who also looked after me. Thanks to Mel, Dennis and Monique in ICU.

I was very sorry to learn of your recent health episode that necessitated an admission to the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) Emergency Department. It was however, lovely to read of the seamless transfer from the Armadale Hospital Intensive Care Unit into the wonderful, respectful nursing and medical team that cared for you at RPH. This must have been reassuring at what can be a very stressful time.

This assures me that the staff at RPH are continually striving to provide high quality, patient centred care. I feel very fortunate to work with such dedicated and exceptional staff and am reminded of this when I read stories like yours on Care Opinion. I will take great delight in sharing your words of appreciation with those involved. Thank you for taking the time to share your story.
