A very big thank you to Amanda at PATS.  I cannot fault her service or her attitude.  I am a complete novice when it came to PATS and she took all the time to go through everything.  How to claim, what we can claim and every other single silly question I asked.  I came back twice to clarify things, and she didn’t make me feel silly or rush me away.  What an absolute treasure.  I cannot say how amazing having PATS help is for us and how blessed we are to receive such incredible support our journey will be difficult for sure but the care at Geraldton hospital is faultless !!

I acknowledge it can seem quite daunting for new users, so the time and compassion showed by Amanda to ensure you were educated and supported are a reflection of her commitment to our community members.
