(as a relative),

We came to visit our grandparent on the weekend around lunchtime and was very disappointed that the café was not open. It would have been nice to take our grandparent to get a coffee and a cake. Why can't it be open for a few hours?

Thank you for your story hawkkg39,

We are excited that 1860 (cafe) has been so well received by our community since it has opened and are gradually expanding the hours it is open. Once the hours are sustainable and we have adequate staffing our plan is to have 1860 open over the weekends so that we can provide a service to visitors, patients and our staff on those days.
