About: Bright Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Recently I had a colonoscopy/endoscopy at Bright Hospital.

I felt welcomed & comfortable throughout my whole experience.

Nurse Jan was training one of the ward nurses to assist with admission on that day as they were short staffed due to sickness.

There was a lot of paperwork to get through!

Both nurses looked after me so well, I felt very safe.

My sandwich after the procedure was spectacular!

Tania called me the following day to check I was all OK :) I was very satisfied with my whole experience.
