"The care given at the hospital"

I travelled to Bright Hospital as my treating doctor isn't able to treat public patients in my local area. The Bright Hospital staff organised for me to have a later morning appointment so I didn't have to leave here too early (an hour's drive) which I appreciated.

They were courteous on my arrival and explained all aspects of my care, procedure and timings. They had a student nurse attending and explained what she would be doing or not doing as appropriate. The nurse in charge Jan was very efficient and her dealing with the student nurse, was excellent and encouraging. The procedure went well and the after care before discharge was also well managed.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the care given at the hospital by all concerned.
