(as a parent/guardian),

My adult daughter fell off her bicycle and dislocated her right shoulder- a fortnight after she dislocated her left shoulder playing football. Both times that she presented at Esperance Emergency Department for treatment, I felt the medical staff were incredibly caring, kind and efficient. I felt grateful and reassured.

Thank you so much for acknowledging the great work our Emergency Department team provide at the Esperance Hospital. We always love sharing these stories with our staff as often their place of work can also be very demanding emotionally, so this really did put a smile of their face.

We do hope that your daughter is on the road to recovery and feeling much better.
