I was welcomed by three amazing facilitators who held the group. I met some really nice people in the group. At first I was nervous but I was put at ease very quickly by everyone I saw being really friendly and respectful. I feel the facilitators are very knowledgeable in addiction and recovery. They taught me how to beat urges to use and how to avoid triggers that would make me want to use. I found it all very helpful. Thank you Lives Lived Well Caboolture.
