"Seeking help for alcohol and drug addiction"

I attended the Lives Lived Well program for 3 weeks to seek help for alcohol and drug addiction. I was apprehensive as I had never been involved in anything like out before, although I had thought about seeking help many times throughout active addiction. 

I found the facilitators to be very down to earth and easy to talk to, really friendly and understanding. The vibe from the other participants was also really chill and I felt comfortable to contribute in the group. It was nice to have open and interesting discussion in the group as well as learning strategies to help cope with addiction and life in general.
