"My Experience in Emergency Eye Unit"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had to attend Eye Hospital emergency for a possible retina detachment /bleeding early one morning. General hospital staff directed me quickly. I was registered, through triage, had basic tests, then more substantial tests with the specialists. At all I times I was treated politely, respectfully, and professionally. Very little waiting time between stages. I was reassured throughout the process.

If an emergency hospital visit can be described as an excellent experience, this was it. I am grateful to all staff involved. Thank you
