"Thankful for care at the hospital"

(as a parent/guardian),

We are so thankful for the wonderful care and treatment for our teenage daughter who we rushed to emergency in the early hours of the morning, who was then transferred to ICU, (happy to say she is home and on the road to recovery).

We were looked after by the wonderful staff we encountered from walking in to emergency, ward nurse Tanna and above and beyond care in ICU and helping to get our daughter well enough to come home.  A big thank you to the thorough investigation to find out what treatment was required by the Doctors and staff.  A big thank you to everyone we saw in ICU in particular including Doctors, Nurses, Patient Carers, Admin. Our daughter along with us would like to say an extra big thankyou to the most caring, kind hearted nurses we saw - James, Subi and Joyce in ICU.  We are so thankful.  Also thank you to Dr U and staff.
