"My aged care experience"

About: Alpine@Home

(as a service user),

1. My first visit I recall I was asked to take my clothes off and head to the shower. I was so offended and refused, saying I don't want this service. 

2. The next visit, I presumed I was having the vacuuming done. And the worker said they weren't there to vacuum as it wasn't on their list. 

I would like to be informed of what services are available to me. Miscommunication has been possibly a problem.
