I called Maroubra Mental Health to seek the help for one of our clients with Acquired Brain Injury recently. The person who answers the phone, I felt didn't even listen to me properly and just said "you called the mental health service ". I tried to say something, but they didn't let me talk and said " you called the mental health service. I felt they were just very rude and abrupt. I am a carer and trying to support a person and calling around, but I feel this type of response doesn't help anyone. Very disappointed
