"Having to leave hospital before partner could pick me up"

Dear Sir, Madam

I had an operation recently and would like to lodge a complain

My partner came to pick me up mid-morning but nurse said I would be discharged but not now so my partner stayed around in the area for one and a half hours. 

An hour after that (mid afternoon) one of the nurse told me I can be discharged

so, I asked them if ok to stay until a certain time in the evening until I am picked up, they were was so lovely and said yes of course

An hour before that time nurse said it was okay for me to be picked up, a different nurse asked me to leave now so I explained to them however, they said you must leave now and take a taxi

So I said I'm not going until my partner picks me up, as a result the nurse threatened me with security to kick me out

I understand there was an empty bed so even if they were expecting a patient, no cab voucher was given to me, another patient was in front of my bed who witnessed everything

I feel this is very disappointing to see in public system
