(as the patient),

I was visiting family  interstate and needed to have my MS treatment  bu infusion. After being rejected by other hospitals,  

I called Karratha hospital and within a few days I had approval to have my treatment there.

I needed a specialised drug and I was told by staff where and how to get this  script filled. 

Karratha hospital booked me in for my treatment on a day that they didn't normally do infusions as this is when I was due. Staff liaised with my treating health professionals in Tasmania to ensure everything went smoothly.

The staff I saw in Karratha were nothing short of amazing. The entire process was made easy.
