Amazing emergency department

"Amazing emergency department"

About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I attended the emergency department a few days ago following an accident. All the staff I had contact with were amazing. Nurses, doctors, clerks and orderlies were rushed off their feet but all were compassionate, respectful and brilliant. This is the first time I’ve had to be a patient there but have had many family members attend and they all experienced the same great care. We are very lucky in Albany to have this team caring for us.

We are very proud of the high quality care and positive attitude the team here at Albany Health Campus delivers day in and day out. As you say, they work in often very challenging circumstances, providing first class care to our community. I am so pleased to hear that this is not just your experience and that you have seen this demonstrated consistently to other family members.
