Dear volansdb83

Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback on Care Opinion.

It is always heartening to read feedback from a parent, that confirms we have been able to care for their child, in a way that allows them to know they are in safe hands.

Everyone you’ve mentioned has played a crucial part in allowing your child to feel comfortable during what must have been some anxious times for them. We have already shared your feedback with the hospital management team, who discussed it in their meeting this morning and celebrated the great work done by the ED team and will acknowledge their colleagues appropriately.

I hope your daughter is recovering and feeling better.

Regards

Didi Bower
