(as the patient),

My daughter has regular appointments at a metropolitan hospital in Perth since last year and still on going,  I would like to share my experience.

Emily from Geraldton PATS office is such a passionate caring person, every doctors appointment Emily has reached out to help with our travel, accommodation and made our trips stress free. She’s always offering the best support for our circumstances asking if my daughter is doing well. Emily is very contestant in her role and would love for her to be recognised by others.

We are very lucky to have Emily as a member of our Geraldton PATS team. You are correct she is a very passionate person, committed to assisting families access they crucial care they need.

I have already celebrated Emily’s success with her and her colleagues, who like me are very proud of her efforts.

I do hope your daughter is recovering and the Perth trips can become a thing of the past.
