"Shoulder procedure in Bunbury"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

Recently, I had a procedure for a painful shoulder at the Bunbury Hospital which required me to stay overnight in the DP23 ward.

From admission to discharge I was very impressed with all aspects of care I was given, especially the nursing staff and Dr's.

I felt I was treated very well and staff were friendly and compassionate. The meals were very pleasant also.  I feel very fortunate to have such great, accessible (free!) health care.  Well done Bunbury Hospital for such a great service.

Good morning statusyc95

I hope that you are recovering well from your surgery at home.

It is very much appreciated that you have taken the time to provide such positive feedback following your surgery and stay in our DPU23.

Our entire team strive daily to provide our patient's with the best care and experience while coming through and having surgery.

It is meaningful for the team to have this feedback and be aware that we have made an experience that can be daunting into one that has left you feeling so well cared for, in a friendly and compassionate environment.

Take care and warm regards

Nicola Piacentini
