(as the patient),

Started off with one of the best physios I have had, who sent me to the Urgent Care doctor from there to Wonthaggi Hospital for an MRI which resulted in my referral to a Neurosurgeon at another hospital. I can't express enough gratitude to the whole staff I dealt with at the Hub (including the receptionist) for their totally professional approach to my problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
