About: Ouyen Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

After presenting to the urgent care setting with my 5 month old son who was unwell we were looked after by the registered nurse Tayla- who was so understanding and empathetic to my concerns as a parent. Tayla was very professional and prompt in organising a doctors review and went out of her way to make this happen.

The staff in the Medical clinic were also very helpful as we waited for our Dr review. The dr that we saw was also very professional, thorough and understanding. We were given a reasonable treatment plan and great advice.

Overall it was a great experience considering the circumstance and we are very thankful for the level of care we were given.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback about members of the Mallee Track Health and Community Service (MTHCS) team. I hope your baby is feeling much better as I understand how concerning that can be for parents.
