(as the patient),

Recently I visited the ED with an infected thumb wound, with red streaking into my forearm. I just want to thank Dr. Alistair, and Nurse Maddy for taking such good care of me. I felt Dr. D listened to me, and gave me the best care in that particular situation. He even got my medicine from the pharmacy himself, as the other staff was busy. I am a happy consumer.
