"Excellent care received"

About: Geraldton Hospital / Outpatient Services

(as the patient),

Recently I attended the emergency department at Geraldton regional Hospital to be seen by a doctor as I was unable to get a local appointment due to large waiting times. I generally don't like attending the hospital but for emergencies but was in pain and required antibiotics.

I felt the care I received from the triage nurse Sarah and Doctor Dan was absolutely amazing. I wanted to make a point of calling out excellent patient care where I feel it is due. I was seen in a timely manner and felt well looked after.

Thank you so much for the care you provided me today when I was feeling unwell and left feeling extremely grateful and positive about my experience on the Geraldton health campus.
