(as a service user),

Recently I suffered R Ischaemic internal capsule stroke and was hospitalised for 5 days in Fiona Stanley Hospital. The care was 2nd to none. I needed a little Rehabilitation in the home afterwards and want to thank my (OT) Hannah and Kylie (Physiotherapist ) for their care. Both young ladies were very kind, very professional without being pushy with the exercises. They were very informative, encouraging and caring. Please pass on my sincere thanks to both ladies. I am extremely happy with the service they provided, helping me regain balance etc.
