Please thank Amanda at PATS 

What an incredible human being in my opinion.  Kind, compassionate, caring, understanding and so very calming in my experience.  I was a mess when I came in to see the PATS team and she was simply amazing 

I left with all the information I needed along with a reassuring smile and a touching sense of humour from her 

Bravo 11/10 in my opinion.
