I have been taking my friend to have chemotherapy for about 6 months at the Sale Oncology unit.  What a lovely team of nurses, doctors and administration staff. 

I cannot speak highly enough of everyone that looked after him. They truly went above and beyond to make what could have been a negative situation into a positive experience, to the point where my friend stated that he was going to miss going there. So well done team, you’ve really made a huge impact on my friend.

My name is Courtney Redaelli and I am the Nurse Unit Manager of Oncology.

I am very sorry to hear your friend has been unwell and required chemotherapy for 6 months. This must have been a difficult and stressful time for you both and I thank you for taking the time to give such lovely feedback.

Our Oncology team are very special and work hard to provide patient centered care at an often frightening time. I know they will be very happy to hear how they impacted your friends experience in Oncology and made it positive for them.

Thank you again for providing feedback and acknowledging the Oncology staff and the wonderful work they do.
