What we thought was going to be a long wait and a very rushed appointment due to the team's flight being delayed, turned out to be the most amazing appointment yet. Annie who is our Diabetes Nurse slowed everything down took the time to ask my son exactly what he was feeling, and I felt this made him more receptive to this horrible disease. Thank you for this Annie,
