(as the patient),

During my admission, I was under the care of Dr. Isabel and Dr. Justin. 

Both doctors went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and communicating timeframes on the various scans and results. 

Even after discharge, Dr. Isabel called to follow up on reports and to check how I was feeling. 

Really appreciate the genuine care I received especially from the large amount of nursing staff who assisted during my stay.
