(as a relative),

I would like to mention the amazing care of my mother in Emergency Busselton. 

Id especially like to thank Sarah. Your kindness, compassion and healing touch she displayed for my mum. She advocated for her although she seemed she was extremely busy and took time to understand the complexity of the situation. We were extremely happy and grateful for the care we received.
