"Emergency care"

About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

A family member was recently brought into Armadale emergency late one evening recently. He was particularly unwell with confusion and agitation - totally out of character. 

I felt he was treated with kindness and efficiency from the nursing and medical staff to the security. Visiting The Emergency late at night, and waiting in the waiting room - I was surprised and overwhelmed by the calmness, the excellent communication, care and kindness from the waiting room nurses I saw to keep individuals updated on what was happening. 

At a time when I believe there is a largely negative view of the health service, I felt it was important to acknowledge the excellent service and quality of care that I observed.
