"Excellent care at ED Bunbury Regional Hospital"

I presented to ED with an asthma exacerbation. I received good care within  a busy ED environment. My symptoms didn’t resolve with primary treatment so I was admitted and treated with IV hydrocortisone and IV antibiotics.

I would like to commend both Dr Brock and the ED staff at Bunbury Regional Hospital. I believe Dr Brock is a credit to his profession. He listened well. Gathered a thorough history. Acted in a timely manner  to preserve my declined lung functioning. He kept me informed and I feel he has a great future ahead of him with his thorough and compassionate approach. I was grateful for his proactive management.

The ED staff I saw were amazing. That night they had an elderly patient in with dementia who was threatening harm and a mental health client who was vocal    In my opinion they treated those two individuals with total respect as I feel they did to us all in ED. Thankyou all. You are at the coal face of health and I believe you all do a great job.
