(as a parent/guardian),

I got a phone call from an ED doctor, the type of call no mother wants to get. 

After rushing to St George Emergency department, I was met in RESUS buy such kind and caring Doctors and nurses. They explained what was going on and then went through Scans and XRay results with us. The nurses we saw were so kind and considerate, not only while looking after my son, but also made sure we were ok as parents. One nurse in particular stood out (Michelle, didn’t get her last name) she went above and beyond for my son's comfort and really eased my anxiety as a mother. We, as a family can not thank the ED staff enough. We feel you are all amazing.
