About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Outpatient Palliative Supportive Care Clinic

(as the patient),

To whom it may concern. 

I would like to thank the Palliative Supportive care team for helping me through this difficult time . Their knowledge and understanding of my condition and willingness to be there for me at any given time has meant a great deal to me . 

This has been a challenge both mentally and physically and I cannot praise the team enough for giving me the confidence to continue this journey. 

In my opinion they are kind , considerate and professional. 

A great asset to the hospital .
