I attended the EPAS clinic recently. Cannot fault the staff I had interactions with, a great service to support early pregnancy concerns!
From a patient experience perspective, is there a spare clinic room that could be used for conversations with the EPAS nurse? I noticed some conversations were confronting to other women and a private space to hear any news I believe would improve this experience rather than being in a room full of strangers. I myself broke down when I felt I was loosing control over my next steps (not happening as quick as I would have liked - no fault of anyone’s though!) I don’t mind shedding a tear in front of others but a private space may make all feel more comfortable.
Thanks again for your care, compassion and professionalism.
"Excellent care during a difficult time"
