About: Bridgetown Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

On a recent weekend I had to take my wife to the Bridgetown ED as her breathing had become laboured and she was extremely unwell.

She was admitted immediately and I can only praise the the effort and attention she received from all the nurses involved and the Doctor on call ........the care and empathy shown was beyond expectation.

Recovery will be slow but there would be no hesitation in re admitting if required as we were seen as a person not a problem...... outstanding care.

I believe this hospital and staff we saw need to be commended on the way they work and as Bridgetown grows this group of people will become even more important in what is a rapidly growing town

Thank you to all involved on that very unpleasant weekend afternoon.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your latest experience with the staff at Bridgetown Hospital Emergency Department and ward.

We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated, skilled team of Nursing and Medical personnel and I will ensure that this feedback gets back to the staff of those areas.

I wish your wife a swift recovery from her illness and I am very pleased that my staff were able to provide assistance in what must have been a very challenging time for your both.
