(as a relative),

We (my partner and I) came into ED on a Friday afternoon and from the moment we entered until the moment we left, everyone we saw was amazing. All the staff we saw in ED and Maternity (nurses, doctors, food staff) were very helpful and took extra time to ensure my partner's comfort. We are both very grateful for the service we received and did not want the good deeds and great work to go unnoticed.
