(as a relative),

I would just like to thank Fay, a nurse from the urology at POWH a very big thank you. I cannot thank you so much for all the care, communication that you gave to me today and my dad, words cannot express just how much that meant to me as a family member.

Nurses like you and Geraldine should never go unrecognized for the amazing commitment you display. 

Communication is the most important thing a family can ask for and you definitely showed that to us. 

This is what I feel is missing this day when we have loved ones in Hospital.
