"Post discharge experiences with RITH Armadale WA"

I have recently been discharged from the Spinal Rehab ward at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Since my discharge I have received an enormous amount of assistance from health workers such as occupational therapist Adriana, without whose help I could not have adjusted well with my life at home. Adriana and her team mates, such as Max, Jenna & Shu, (physiotherapists) from RITH Armadale WA formed a protective and helpful bubble around me which made me feel safe and secure in my home environment and allowed me to adjust well within my daily life without having to rely and burden my family members excessively. I sincerely thank each and every one of the aforementioned RITH team members and wish them all the very best in all their future endeavours.
