"My husband's foot ulcer"

After some less than ordinary interactions with various departments at Albany Health Campus over the years and recently, it was so refreshing to find Tep in the Podiatry Department. My husband had been referred to him after having majory surgery on his foot at the hospital and then developed what appeared to be an ulcer on the bottom of his foot. Tep was thorough, had great people skills, explained everything to my husband clearly and answered all our questions. The care given was a top effort. Tep is an exemplar as to how other staff and departments at Albany could be operating.
