Recently I presented at the emergency department with my son who required treatment. I was apprehensive as I was expecting it to be a very, long, drawn out process. I was pleasantly surprised. We were seen by the triage nurse within 5minutes and then straight through to the nurses and doctors. All the staff were so lovely and friendly and took their time to make myself and my son comfortable and listened to. Every step of the process we were treated with kindness and friendliness. All in all we were there for 3 hours and every member of staff we came in contact with were wonderful. We can not praise them highly enough. Thank you 😊
