"My husband's recent admission"

About: Geraldton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband has been quite unwell and recently was struggling. I took him into the ED of Geraldton Hospital. The care and courtesy we both received was wonderful. From the minute we checked in at triage to the time we left, all the staff I dealt with, both medical and admin, were friendly, positive and very professional.

The 2 doctors who attended were extremely thorough, and described everything carefully and in terms we both understood. We ended up being there for quite a while and hubby had a CT scan. Despite the waiting area being quite busy, and with a few challenging individuals seemingly hell bent on making their lives difficult, they all remained calm, courteous and professional. We can’t thank them enough for their wonderful care.
