"My surgery and recovery time"

I was admitted for a knee replacement surgery recently. My story begins with my appointment with the surgeon and then to preadmissions clinic.  I felt understood and completely supported. 

On the day of surgery everybody was so warm and reassuring, I felt completely well cared for. All the staff I dealt with explained what was going to happen, and nothing was ever a problem. My recovery was made easier by the superior effort of all the nurses, physios, occupational therapists, cleaners , kitchen staff, and Doctors. Every single staff member involved was kind and helpful and generous with their time , even during the busy periods, they always listened and helped me. 

I honestly could not say a single negative comment about my experience here at Wonthaggi Hospital. At a time when I felt so vulnerable it was extremely reassuring to be so well cared for. Thankyou. Jagger 3152
