My story begins in Clinic 4 plastics where my daughter had an appointment with plastics. The service was excellent and prompt. Reception guys worked like a clock, saw the Doc who was very professional and he was thorough & empathetic. He arranged a bed in Paeds, staff in ward 3A, my hats off to you.

You made sure my daughter was involved in her care, being a nurse myself it was humbling to see fellow colleagues execute their duties with grace and professionally. I cannot fault you guys. You do an amazing job and you do it with dedication. The op was a success, thank you so much FSH. Your efforts do not go unnoticed our hearts are full. Thank you once again

Thank you for your shout out – it was a lovely read and I’m glad your daughter’s op was a success.

I know that as a parent it is always stressful to see our children unwell or in pain, so to have you sign off with your heart being full really does mean a lot.

I’ll share with the plastics and 3A teams so they can read of your gratitude themselves – I’m sure it will make their day as it has done mine.
