"Kind and caring staff"

I would like to thank Amanda in PATS reception.  I have had cause to need assistance several times in the last few months and every time I have come in and seen her she has been kind and caring. Amanda has taken the time to listen to my fears concerns and heart ache.  She is compassionate and has helped over every part of the process.  Even assisting with filling out forms when I was simply too overwhelmed.  These are the moments that count when you are drowning in grief.  She has made a terrible time in my life a little bit easier to get through.  So thank you 

Thank you also to her, Orla, Emily and Zahira for helping me through recently when I had a breakdown after such terrible news,  you sorted out all the things I didn’t have the energy to do, it’s a wonder to know people do still care
