Dear Dr Rebecca and Team

Windgap just wanted to pass on our thanks to the wonderful support you have all provided to the Windgap older residents through your services.

Since being engaged in the Palliative Community Support Care service the ladies and the gents have been able to seek advice and had assessments completed that otherwise we struggle to arrange.

The review and provision of equipment has been amazing.

We are very thankful of the support provided, as are the participants.

We find that there are several barriers for older adults with an Intellectual Disability in the Health Care Sector and you have been a great support service.

Thank you all very much.

Our participants will see you at their clinic appointments soon.

We strongly focus on Person Centred & Compassionate care which is delivered with the highest standard, especially when patients are in the very challenging stages of their lives.
