"Complicated discharge"

My older sister need to go to nursing home directly from hospital, she was newly diagnosed dementia, agitated and try to attack all staffs, and very confused all the time. Discharge coordinator Sukh being very caring with good intentions to help us arrange ambulance transport and communicated well with allied health and medical team to assist my sister to have achieved a smooth discharge.

Sukh is an angel to our family. We can't thank you more for her efforts.

I strongly recommend Sukh to be promoted to become nurse unit manager as, in my opinion, she done more and better than the nurse manager that I feel I never see on the floor. I think Sukh is the best staff in Armadale health services above anyone else. Thank you Sukh.
