(as the patient),

Having been to other local hospitals within the last few years, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Kyneton. 

The staff was very friendly and informative and everything went so quickly and smoothly. 

There is nothing I can suggest as an improvement as it was the best experience I've had in any hospital. If anything it's a perfect example of how a hospital should run.
