"Care for severe osteoarthritis"

I needed care with severe osteoarthritis. I contacted Aged Care & was assessed.

Therefore, I have 1 hour per week cleaning. I will need more in a few months as I am having a 2nd hip replacement. I was very lucky to have a local woman, who I have known for nearly 30 years to come in & vacuum & wash floors. Her name is Lisa and she is incredibly helpful I may have to apply for Meals on Wheels in a few months for 6 weeks or so when I have the 2nd operation.

I fully appreciate the assistance which allows me to do what I can, but I need help to access more "emergency" assistance for in a few months.

Also had rails put in, toilet seat and shower chair. All very helpful. I feel safer in my home.
