"Colonoscopy at Kyneton Hospital"

About: Kyneton Hospital / Perioperative Services

(as the patient),

I would have to say I had a little trepidation due to the nature of having a procedure, and that I wasn't that familiar with Kyneton Hospital. Fortunately, I was extremely well-looked after. Staff at reception were friendly and efficient. The intake nurses were warm, good-natured and comforting. The operating surgeon and anaesthetist paid me a visit before surgery and instilled a high level of confidence. There wasn't a long wait time, and the procedure went very smoothly. It was fantastic to get a cup of tea and sandwiches post-procedure! I was also impressed with the organisation and upkeep of all of the hospital facilities I experienced.

Dear waltzxe65

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

Having surgery, and at an unfamiliar hospital, would no doubt cause feelings of apprehension. So, it is great to hear that you were happy with the care you received and that we perhaps even exceeded your expectations.

We will be sure to share your experience with our staff.

Kind regards

Kristy Mutsaers
