About: Geraldton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Around 7.30 a.m. I presented myself to the ED due to an issue with my eyesight. I was very quickly attended to by the Triage Nurse and shortly after taken to a treatment room by Dr Daniel.

Dr Daniel was extremely professional, polite and patient.  In regard to my issue he left no stone unturned to identify what the cause was and ensure I was not at risk of further complications.

His efforts in co-ordinating a number of tests and arranging an emergency appointment at Midwest Optical was patient care at a level I did not expect.

I would be grateful if my thanks could be passed onto him.
