(as a relative),

My husband had an allergic reaction to something and we rang the hospital for help. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to calm him and assess what was happening. He was worried and their calm, constant manner helped my husband feel safe and explain his situation. 

We are so thankful that not only did they show they cared, they were so committed to finding out what has happening. Nothing was too much trouble and you could tell even when they were so busy, they cared. 

We can not thank the nurses enough. At a scary time, they were heaven sent.
